If there is any failure in the working of the projector, laptop, internet access or sound system, we will reimburse the paid amount after deducting the rent for the period of time before the interruption.
We will not be responsible in case of loss of personal belongings of any nature. Customers must take care of their belongings.
The booking period includes set-up and check-out time. Customers must vacate the theatre along with all their belongings on or before the end time.
Customers should not make adjustments or modifications to the set-up of the projector, screen, laptop and sound system. If any changes are required, our team will do it from our end.
The theater booking is exclusively available for individuals who are 18 years of age or older; however, legal guardians can make the reservation and accompany their minor ward(s) during the visit. Aadhaar card / Driving Licence is checked for all bookings and underage couples are not permitted to book. Minor group bookings are permitted.
Customers will be liable to pay in case of any damage to the theatre caused by them — including any technical or non-technical item such as walls, lights, seating, etc.
A cleaning fee of up to ₹1,000 will be charged in cases where significant cleaning is required after checkout — for example, where cleaners are required to clear garbage, leftovers or other waste left behind by customers.
Customers are not allowed to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance inside the theatres. Appropriate action will be taken against such customers.
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theatre.
Personalised videos and customised handmade presents can be added online while booking — please make sure to book the slot at least 2 days prior to the desired date. Our team will reach out to you for photographs and further details.
We have a delicious food and beverages menu. You may also carry your own food or order food online. Cutlery is provided on a chargeable basis.
Yes, we have neat and tidy washrooms available on-site.
Decorations will be as per the photos and videos shown on our website. Essential customization such as neon lights or LED name boards will be arranged based on the chosen occasion. Balloon colours are not customizable.
