1. A booking is confirmed only once our team verifies availability and confirms with you on WhatsApp — this online form reserves your slot request, not a guaranteed confirmation.

2. Prices shown during booking are estimates. Add-ons, cakes and décor are subject to availability and final pricing is confirmed by our team.

3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your slot, subject to availability.

4. Please arrive on time — late arrivals will not extend the booked slot duration.

5. Outside food and beverages, candles, confetti and glitter are not permitted inside the theatre rooms unless agreed with our team in advance.

6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, décor or equipment during their slot.

7. Management reserves the right to deny entry or end a session early in case of misconduct, with no refund.

8. Refunds, where applicable, follow our standard Refund Policy and may take up to 7 business days to process.
